A propaganda map is a map that is drawn or exagerated to make people believe what they want them to believe. This map shows the housing foreclosures in chicago. The first map is the foreclosures in 2006 and the second is in 2007. The propaganda in this is that the red squares aren't to scale. The article this map came from said each square would scale to about 400 feet. That is a bit exagerated from an actual house.
